Materials:
fingering weight yarn scraps (less than 15 yards is more than enough)
US 3 double-pointed needles
Tapestry needle

Gauge:
8 stitches=1 inch in stockinette stitch

Terms:
KFB~K into the front and the back of the stitch (increases 1 stitch)

Cover:
CO 9
K 1 round
Round 2: [K2, KFB] around
Round 3: [K2, KFB] around
Round 4: [K2, KFB] to last stitch, K1
K 1 round
Round 6: [K2, K2tog] to last stitch, K1
Round 7: K2tog around
Break yarn and pull through remaining 8 stitches
Fit onto earbud, tightening and adjusting as needed
Weave in ends

Same as Peter's, this is the Harry Bear pattern from Berroco. Again, super fast and easy!

Materials:
1 skein Lion Brand Vanna's Choice solid (in gray)
1 skein Jo-Ann Sensations Angel Hair
US 7 needles

Gauge:
5 stitches x 6-7 rows in stockinette stitch=1 inch with Vanna's Choice

CO 11 with Vanna's Choice
Knit 2 rows
Next row (WS): Purl across
Work in stockinette stitch for 1 inch
Work in K1, P1 ribbing for 1 inch
Work in stockinette stitch for 1/2 inch

Unravel Provisional Cast-on and pick up 15 stitches.
BO using Picot Bind-off.

Blocking Dimensions:
This scarf can be as long or as short as you want, but you should block the width to 4 inches.
